Refund and Return Policy for Chitrakoot Millets

Thank you for shopping at Chitrakoot Millets. We strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns for products that are:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received them.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.

Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.

Please note: Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., fresh millets or any food items).
  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Any customized or personalized products.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  2. Please provide pictures or details of the damaged/defective item to help us process the claim.
  3. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order:

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once you receive the product.
